Actor Facilitator

Tony combines his natural acting abilities with real life experiences to deliver insightful training as an actor facilitator and coach. Following a BSc (Hons) at Plymouth University, he worked for Ciba-Geigy, Novartis, and Syngenta in a variety of roles, but his passion and energy for performing was always in the background and today is his main focus across all he does.

As a highly skilled actor facilitator and Ofqual qualified coach in adventure sports, he brings a fresh dynamic to his practice and coaching sessions. These attributes are combined with industry experience and the ability to read a room and quickly understand the needs and issues of a business or organisation, as well as the challenges of individual roles and functions.

Tony is experienced with Forum Theatre, Talking Heads, Case Study and Bespoke Role Play, Insightful Feedback, Assessment and Development Centre Role Play, Simulations and Immersive Theatre. He has proven experience in Cultural Change, Leadership, Communication Skills, Presenting with Impact and Engagement, Sales & Customer Service, Diversity & Equality, and Health & Safety.

Tony quickly understands a project brief and aims, and readily adapts his communication style when engaging with participants. He is highly experienced in working with all levels of an organisation, be that C-suite, Directors, Managers and Team Leaders as well as skilled and unskilled workers. He takes each situation on a case-by-case basis and knows that no two people will be the same, therefore his offerings are as bespoke as they are sensitive to the needs of those he is working with.

He takes exceptional care and pride in his work and brings a very high degree of professionalism, versatility and creativity to each project, be that in the UK or internationally.
